Job Overview

Job Description:

Role collects research and develops quantitative data analysis models, reporting and dashboards used to monitor the performance, and evolve the long-term strategy of the overall AT&T Business product portfolio. Assists product management in answering business questions using quantitative analysis expertise. 

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manages a wide range of investigative studies to assess the organization's present and future position with regard to market share, competitive position, product operating effectiveness and feasibility of new products.
  • Provides research findings and works with the product strategy and product management teams to facilitate development of effective product strategies and roadmaps, and to identify when current plans are not performing as anticipated.
  • Assists with the development of TAMs, SAMs, and strategy business models for longer-term opportunities.
  • May provide guidance and oversight of work to less experienced contributors.
  • Considered an expert within the discipline.

Requires significant experience with sourcing data directly from a myriad of places, including databases and spreadsheets. Expert in the development and management of data models, reports, and dashboards in business intelligence and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, Palantir).

Education: Typically requires a bachelors degree or higher.
