Job Description

The project Management (PMO) role is tasked with overseeing day-to-day operational activities related to contract management for the respective engagements/accounts.

  • Reporting : Create and Publish
  • Forecast reports for the different Business units or as a whole
  • Operations Dashboard for Headcount ( on bench, billable/Non billable, rolls offs, client wise resources, seconded resources)
  • Operations Dashboard for Open demands
  • Operations Dashboard for pipeline opportunities
  • Adhoc reporting as per business requirements
  • Financial Management
  • Assessing & Tracking forecast and budgeting cycles end to end from Sales to Delivery
  • Intercompany agreements creation and reviewing
  • Review Invoices that are billed to client and review any disputes (Time and expenses)
  • Assisted with the technology budget process to include budget justification documentation and day-to-day review of program expenditures.
  • Reviewing the SOW's and develop pricing for all engagements

  • Working with service line Delivery Managers on all Open demands and ensure that there is supply of resources and coordinate with the RMG team to recruit the resources

  • Requisition for new resource as per project requirement.
  • Mentored and developed the PMO staff providing them with leadership and advice through experience so that they have the ability to develop as PMs
  • Trained, coached and mentored staff to ensure smooth adoption of new PMO program
  • ISMS and BCMS Management
  • Managed the creation of the Disaster Recovery Plan for business continuation.
  • Responsible for updating Risk Management tool
  • Conducting BCP call tree test and simulation test for the Engagement.
  • Approving expense claims, R&R, Clarity time sheet

  • Standard Operating procedures documentation maintained and updated

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Should have 5-8 years of experience in Project Management
  • Analytical and organizational skills
  • Proactive, Self-Managed
  • Able to interact and properly communicate with different audiences, in different regions.
  • Knowledge on MS Office & O365 (Intermediate level is minimum acceptable)
  • Good Knowledge of MS Excel & MS PPT, Power B1
  • Already exposed to Project Management life cycle, especially on revenue management, budgeting, Cost allocation.
