  • Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum + commission, company car, laptop, mobile phone & benefits

  • About Nespresso Professional Solutions: 
  • Nespresso Professional Solutions provides tailored coffee solutions for offices and business environments, delivering quality coffee experiences. As a member of our Nespresso existing business development team, your role will involve identifying and acquiring new business clients for Nespresso Professional Solutions, as well as nurturing existing relationships. 
  • Key Responsibilities: 
  • As a Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include: 
  • Effectively managing, developing, and expanding a customer base to exceed set targets. 
  • Consistently achieving and recording a sufficient number of best practice customer-facing visits. 
  • Focusing on generating new business leads through additional sites. 
  • Sourcing leads and referrals for inside sales and Business Development Managers. 
  • Applying knowledge of the Nespresso Professional proposition, structure, and service guarantees, in line with Lyreco best practices. 
  • Establishing and maintaining effective communication methods with customers, managers, and colleagues, meeting pre-agreed deadlines. 
  • Efficiently managing all territory and customer data, utilizing tools and reporting systems. 
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience by minimizing returns and credits. 
  • Collaborating effectively with Business Development Managers and Internal Sales to maximize sales opportunities. 
  • The ideal candidate for the Business Development Manager role should: 
  • Demonstrate knowledge of creating and developing a new business pipeline. 
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills across various media. 
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills. 
  • Be resilient and driven by targets and results. 
  • Hold a current, valid driving license. 
  • Have knowledge of the territory (an advantage).
