Does the opportunity of accelerating growth of a large business and innovating to delight customers appeal to you? Amazon’s fast growing Gift Card (GC) business significantly contributes to the company’s customer obsession and results. The team is responsible for creating and enhancing gift card and stored value products sold globally via Amazon's website, corporate sales, and third-party stores. Our product lines include electronic gift cards, physical cards, and programmatic interfaces that allow on demand gift card issuance for corporate partners. Backing these products is a complex system of tools and processes that govern how new products get created, how we triage issues with live products, how gift cards are fulfilled and delivered.
Our team is seeking a customer obsessed and highly organized program manager to drive progress on a critical business program related to our WW Catalog structure and how we launch new electronic and physical GC designs. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with quickly driving clarity and structure to ambiguous situations. The GC Catalog dictates how our products are presented to customers in over 20 countries across multiple form factors and is core to Amazon’s retail shopping experience.
The candidate will own programmatic improvements to our WW Catalog programs that will allow our WW team to manage through the growing complexity with our product. This leader will work across a broad group of stakeholders from product, tech, business, design and marketing to identify requirements, prioritize the program's goals, and drive execution. In additional to driving these highly complex programs, this leader should be comfortable with influencing high judgement decisions and prioritization with senior leaders.
