The Senior EMEA IT Recruitment Partner will play a critical role in shaping our IT workforce strategy across the EMEA region. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a passion for recruiting top talent. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT talent market in EMEA, with a proven track record of innovative recruitment practices that attract world-class professionals.

Main accountabilities:

  • Lead the IT recruitment strategy for the EMEA region, aligning efforts with the company’s growth plans and diversity objectives.
  • Partner with senior management and hiring teams to identify talent needs, job specifications, and recruitment strategies.
  • Innovate and implement recruitment campaigns and initiatives that attract top IT talent from across the EMEA region.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform recruitment strategies, improve processes, and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, professional associations, and other relevant organizations to build a broad and diverse talent pipeline.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor strategies, and technological advancements that may impact IT recruitment.
  • Advocate for and implement best practices in diversity hiring to promote an inclusive workplace.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years focused on IT roles within the EMEA region.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing recruitment strategies that meet business objectives and diversity goals.
  • Strong understanding of the EMEA IT job market, recruitment trends, and legal requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR databases, and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages relevant to the EMEA region is a plus
