JOB TITLE: Digital Marketing Manager

LOCATION: New York, NY 

DUTIES: Produce and optimize organic and paid ad campaigns to drive high-quality leads and pipeline. Manage campaigns with a data-driven approach and compile insights to inform strategic decisions. Collaborate cross-functionally with integrated campaigns, product marketing, sales, and brand teams to refine messaging across ads and landing pages. Liaise with external vendors to ensure delivery in line with marketing objectives. Diversify media mix by launching new vendors and help in researching new vendors and platforms. Maintain reports, budgets, campaign performance, return on investment, and other channel metrics. Create digital marketing performance reports & dashboards. Implement & maintain advanced website event tracking. Manage web environment design, deployment, development and maintenance activities. Perform routine testing and quality assurance of web sites. Implement a creative testing framework and test plans to improve performance across different vendors and platforms. Run A/B landing page or advertisement testing and conduct optimization across channels. Partner with corporate marketing and other BUs to ensure business alignment and goals. Assist with end-to-end annual and quarterly media planning, budgeting, and lead forecasts for channels. Stay informed of new digital marketing technology research and trends to ensure running marketing campaigns are aligned with industry best practices. Partial telecommuting and work from home option available with periodic and occasional travel to Advent facility located in New York, NY as required to participate in-person for team meetings.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Integrated Marketing or Marketing Analytics and 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience in any related occupation using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Umbraco, Marketo, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite, HTML and CSS. 3 years of experience to include using Google Analytics in order to build audiences and gain insights to drive decisions. 3 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on understanding KPIs and ROIs. Travel required to Advent facility located in New York, NY to participate in-person for team meetings.

NY: Salary range for the position: 100,000 USD to 117,000 USD.
