Purpose of the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking Director for Digital Marketing and Experience Innovation. As a dynamic and data-driven marketer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital strategy across various channels. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead a team of nine professionals, driving results through collaborative cross-functional efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy in collaboration with business partners and the Technology team. Construct compelling business cases supporting the strategic vision and effectively present them to executive management teams.
  • Employ a data-driven approach to conduct marketing experiments, implement attribution models, and establish reporting systems to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Concentrate on quantitative analysis and analytics, utilizing dashboards, reporting, and insights to drive meaningful decisions for business growth.
  • Lead new customer acquisition efforts through paid digital channels, including SEM, social, and affiliate marketing.
  • Enhance the Pampered Chef website and digital experience to align with consumer and consultant marketing communication goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to enhance digital party experiences, continuously improving our proprietary platform and virtual live event programming.
  • Implement and refine email marketing and customer reengagement strategies to boost customer lifetime value (CLTV) through data-driven, personalized campaigns for customers and consultants in North America.
  • Foster the growth and development of a high-performance team, fostering a shared growth mindset, passion for data, hypothesis-driven action, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in digital marketing, leading web, e-commerce, and demand generation program strategy, implementation, measurement, and evolution.
  • Over 4 years of leadership experience managing teams.
  • Proven success in driving consumer e-commerce programs, including personalization, ratings and reviews, chat, and community engagement.
  • Extensive experience with e-commerce, CMS, DAM, testing & targeting, tag management, and web analytics technologies.
  • Strong understanding of digital demand best practices, encompassing SEO, social media, paid media, content testing and personalization, email, and SMS.
  • Proficient in direct response techniques, including segmentation, testing, targeting, contact strategies, database management, analytical assessments, and ROI evaluations in a competitive consumer industry.
  • Recent experience in developing personalized digital experiences based on context, behavior, and profiles.
  • Familiarity with emerging digital techniques, trends, and technologies.
  • Extensive experience in digital agency management and budget oversight.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Academic background in marketing, business, technology, or related field. Undergraduate college degree or equivalent experience required; MBA a plus.
