What you will do:

  • Execute Trade Marketing activities at the sales channel to drive business objectives.
  • Manage partner relationships, allocate targets, and gather market intelligence for informed decision-making.
  • Act as the interface for Channel planning, ensuring effective strategy execution for products and distribution.
  • Oversee efficient campaign management to enhance market presence and brand visibility.
  • Handle KPIs with a focus on action-ability, ensuring effective performance management.
  • Execute adhoc reporting, presentations, and analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Business Development plan to drive growth.
  • Ensure the successful rollout of company products and effective communication plan implementation at Sales & Distribution channels.
  • Measure, report, and analyze the efficiency of the distribution channel for continuous improvement.

What we are looking for:

  • MBA or equivalent degree.
  • Demonstrates agility in adapting to changing situations. Proactively embraces challenges and seeks innovative solutions.
  • Brings valuable experience working in startup environments. Thrives in a fast-paced and evolving atmosphere.
  • Capable of navigating the dynamic landscape of a startup. Exhibits resilience in the face of various operational tasks.
  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of telecom industry trends and practices.
  • Brings at least 4 - 7 years of experience in reporting, operations, and planning within the telecom domain. Manages and oversees strategic planning initiatives to ensure efficient operations.
  • Key Competencies: Strategic Planning, Operational Efficiency, Reporting and Analysis, Team Player, Innovative Problem-Solving & Stakeholder Collaboration.
