About the job

The Head of Retail Channel Management is responsible to oversee and drive our Retail channel strategy and deployment to achieve our Commercial targets and build actionable solutions to identified business opportunities.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive retail channel strategy and roadmap, in line with our omnichannel strategy, targeted distribution mix, and business objectives
  • Defining, implementing and periodically updating global retail operating processes, guidelines and manuals to drive consistency and elevate the Retail channel, whilst ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory rules and standards.
  • Ensuring the consistent implementation and proper execution of all Central guidelines in markets across the retail landscape in accordance with defined standards through trade & retail communities/systems.
  • Driving operational Retail Excellence and Digitalization, by reducing complexity and/or developing innovative opportunities to replicate wins, increase earnings, reduce costs and maximize effectiveness, and stimulate this innovation across markets..
  • Leading, coaching and developing your team to fulfill the current and future requirements of the organization

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • University degree
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting in FMCG, Fashion, Luxury with strong understanding of retail in wholistic approach
  • Experience with managing the team of individuals and being able to inspire and coach them
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Package and experience working with SAP
  • Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude, being able to work independently
  • Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
