Job Description:

Event set-up and coordination of events activities (contests, entertainment, etc.) Maintain business relationships with hotels: accommodate special guests (hotels, celebrity dinners, and travel arrangements) as necessary, assembling and mailing information packets about our events.

Creating and printing large quantities of signs and forms/sign-up sheets for various activities

Traveling and attending various other sector shows to promote our events

CRM insertion and CRM database management

Orders processing, working closely with the Logistics warehouse, issuing Invoices, and sending the relevant shipping documents (Invoice and P/L + tracking No.) to the distributors.

Handling returns and issuing Credit Notes.

Answering all the distributors' needs and inquiries, problem-solving, handling complaints and recalls together with QA Dep.

Various administrative tasks (writing documents, mailings, data entry, mail merge, and record/file keeping)

Job Requirements:

University degree (Marketing, Advertising, or Communication)

1-2 years of prior work experience in a similar position as Customer Support/Operation/Event Coordination

Highly proficient in the use of standard office software, CRM experience is desirable

Languages: Fluent in English
