Job Description

Facility Manager, Korea

Main Responsibilities

Within the General Service team into the Integration & Coordination department of the KERING group, you will be under the supervision of Head of Construction and Facility ensuring the control and follow-up of Facilities Service and Administrative services in Korea, may extend to other region(countries) in future.

As such, your responsibilities will be the following:

Facilities Service

  • Arrange the regular and ad-hoc repair & maintenance for the office
  • Plan and conduct the regular facilities and equipment inspection for office. And identify needs for repairs or renovation
  • Vendor management including contract management, KPI management, negotiation and performance review
  • Assist Construction Team in driving the office space planning, renovations and any ad hoc office projects
  • Assist on Churn management, collect and study data to support on delivering effective space management
  • Expert knowledge of local practices and local costing efficiencies
  • Ensuring that facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations
  • Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
  • Research new services and appliances to facilitate operations
  • Dealing with emergencies as they arise
  • Implement Recycling Practices
  • Assist to conduct sustainability analytics
  • May provide repair & Maintenance service for boutique retail stores of Kering brands.

Admin Service

  • Supervise full spectrum of office administration functions including office supplies, reception and office security
  • Beverage supplies management
  • Reception services & meeting room booking management. Ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively
  • Executes all administrative tasks including PO created, payment handling, create account for new vendors etc.
  • New joiner and departure arrangement
  • Handle users/ brand requests
  • Opex budget preparation & control, anticipate and schedule expenditures, monitor costs and analyze variances.
  • Mailing services management
  • Company events arrangement

Behavioural and organizational requirements:

  • Work experience in facilities management
  • Experience in managing hybrid office is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of facilities management operations
  • Familiarity with office equipment and security systems
  • Understanding of safety regulations in office
  • Hands on experience with office equipment
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Customer service attitude
