THE WORK

Lockheed Martin Moorestown is seeking a highly motivated Lead Member of the Engineer staff to support the planning and execution of RF/millimeter wave test and development of advanced technology in our Microelectronics Center. In this role you will be performing test integration, TR Module\\RF radar sub-system design verification testing, micro-electronics troubleshooting and failure analysis as part of a highly skilled test engineering team. This exciting role offers great opportunity for growth and maturity on cutting edge technologies and advanced packaging for Next Generation Radar Development.

Lead the engineering team on critical programs to quickly identify and resolve production issues or design deficiencies.

Develops technical solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.

Execute integration and test activities, evaluate test results, investigate discrepancies, technically assess anomalies, and drive them to resolution.

Guide the successful completion of production programs and perform in an engineer leadership role. Erroneous decisions or recommendations would typically result in failure to achieve major organizational objectives. Apply extensive technical expertise with knowledge of related disciplines and solid-state radar systems engineering.

Develop and testing of software that supports Next Generation Radar technology.

Provide guidance and leadership to junior engineers.

Basic Qualifications:

BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, or related discipline with minimum of 10 Years’ experience.

Extensive RF test and measurement science background inclusive of measurement techniques for power,

s-parameters, noise figure and other crucial RF/mmW test parameters.

Expert understanding of RF/ Microwave fundamentals such as passive and RF components, MMIC technologies, and power, digital and analog circuit design.

Experience with programming languages such as C#, Visual Basic, LabVIEW, and MATLAB.

Excellent communication and organization skills are required.

Candidate must be eligible to obtain a DOD secret clearance or be able to obtain at least an interim secret security clearance before starting the position.

Desired Skills:

Extensive test experience preferred in a production test environment. Thorough understanding/appreciation of manufacturing demands/expectations. Includes emphasis on automation and robotics, test integrations, fixture designs and custom test interfaces.

Knowledge of radar principles.

Experience with RF hardware design\\integration and measurement system programming.

Familiarity with advanced automation and mechanical test fixture designs.
