Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Brand Marketing Director, specialized in Creator Relations and Social Media, to join our Brand Marketing team at Urban Outfitters. This pivotal role will contribute to shaping the future of our brand, with a keen focus on fostering relationships across creators in fashion, design, entertainment, music, art, and beyond, alongside driving our social media initiatives. You will spearhead the development and implementation of social-first marketing strategies, aimed not only at expanding our business but also at cultivating deep and meaningful connections with our consumers. We are looking for an individual who is forward-thinking, possessing a social-first mindset, and capable of innovating with autonomy. They must be attuned to the ever-evolving trends in consumer behavior and possess profound insights into the cultural landscape that influences creative trends, aligning seamlessly with the UO brand ethos.
In addition to their comprehensive understanding of the creator landscape, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of crafting and executing creative marketing plans tailored for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. This role entails overseeing the consistent execution of social campaigns and tactics, driving community engagement, and collaborating closely with analytics, insights, merchandising, and strategy teams to continually optimize our social efforts.
