Overview

The Executive Recruitment Sourcing specialist will partner with the Executive TA Lead to identify key leadership succession bench gaps, develop pipeline for current and future open positions across business, function or geography as well as keeping passive candidates engaged through effective measures.

This high-impact role involves collaborating with senior leaders and HRBPs, sharing talent landscape, conducting market intelligence research and competitor analysis, presenting key insights for niche skills & leadership talents across AMESA markets.

You will be a key business partner, addressing talent gaps, hiring diverse talent, implementing cutting edge sourcing tools and processes, and contributing to diversity and employer branding programs. The role is an active member of TA COE team, ensuring the excellent experience for hiring manager and candidates throughout the recruiting process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a thorough knowledge of PepsiCo’s business and culture across multiple markets to facilitate candidates understanding of our business and career opportunities.
  • Craft comprehensive search assignments for leadership & niche roles for PepsiCo, ensuring a clear grasp of the job responsibilities, requirements, and talent gaps.
  • Play an active role in providing talent intelligence & insights to support stakeholders with an understanding of talent landscape to enable sound talent decisions.
  • Own the end-to-end Sourcing and screening process for active and future needs, using various sourcing channels and methods build a diverse, qualified talent pipeline.
  • Build and maintain a network of active and passive candidates, fostering long-term relationships through effective engagement strategy.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience, presenting a compelling story about PepsiCo as an “Employer of Choice”.
  • Ensure transparent & timely communication with all stakeholders, regardless of the hiring outcome.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of candidates, searches, TA/hiring manager interactions, on ATS & CRM Tools.
  • Provide support to efficiently fill open roles with qualified talent while achieving key metrics.
  • Participate in TA project work focused on driving efficiencies and innovations.
  • Benchmark, network and share talent market insights, trends, and best practices to evolve sourcing and recruiting strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in Sourcing and Recruitment.
  • Expertise in market mapping, proactive outreach to passive talent, and developing & maintaining talent pool/pipeline development is a must.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management tools, and the latest sourcing tools.
  • Experience in using various talent intelligence & insights tools to create effective market & competitor landscape analysis is highly desirable.
  • Recent experience in a fast-paced, multinational company with similar scope.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies in a complex global organization.
  • Deep global expertise and experience in sourcing and recruiting talent across multiple channels, sources, and geographies, preferable at executive levels.
