Senior Technical Program Manager - Infrastructure, Planning and Process

Do you want to be responsible for the planning and execution of programs to help accelerate the production of NVIDIA's technology whether it be Gaming, Self-Driving Automobiles, HPC, Accelerated Analytics, Deep Learning and Machine Learning solutions? We are looking for an expert Technical Program Manager to partner with our infrastructure gurus! Collaborate with a wide range of internal and external partners and leaders to define and build solutions to optimize the development of NVIDIA products for deployment. We will work together to develop relationships and build scalable and efficient infrastructure!

What you'll be doing:

  • Make hands on contribution driving software development, planning and execution
  • Building common strategies and efficiencies and persuading multiple teams of the advantages
  • Lead communications with cross-functional teams to settle on the project scope, including objectives, strategy and insights, requirements, and metrics
  • You will also analyze and offer the scope, schedule, and staffing trade offs to ensure teams' work-life balance.

What we need to see:

  • Able to think strategically and tactically and to build consensus and collaborative teamwork to make programs successful
  • High attention to detail and shown ability to lead multiple shifting priorities and changing requirements with minimal direction.
  • Highly motivated with strong communication and presentation skills, you have shown to successfully drive multi-functional teams, principles and architects and coordinate optimally across organizational boundaries and geographies.
  • Foresee risks and develop risk management solutions as appropriate
  • Accurately represent the vitality of issues and advance issues appropriately.
  • Adaptable and keen on process improvement to improve development efficiency and accountability
  • A Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of proven working experience in related fields such as Software Technical Program/Project Management
  • Located in our design center in Pune, India

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Ability to work with an outstanding team of software engineers, Software developer experience would be an add-on benefit but not a requirement.
  • Proficient with Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies; experience leading standup meetings
  • Hands-on experience with scripting languages (Python, LUA, Perl experience is a huge plus)
