About the role:

Our Digital Security and Fraud Product Manager will be responsible for developing and expanding fraud prevention and detection capabilities across the digital banking product suite. We're looking for a subject matter expert on market leading fraud and security capabilities with a focus on the unique risks associated with financial services. This individual will be knowledgeable in current security threats and fraud schemes and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen digital capabilities. This position will manage the full life cycle of product management and ensure high-quality delivery of FIS products, enhancements, and services to market. You'll define product strategy to meet customer and market requirements tied to product profitability, pricing strategies, and client segments.

What you'll be doing:

  • Establish a best-in-class fraud prevention strategy spanning deterrence, prevention, and identification
  • Set a product vision and strategy for fraud and security controls across Digital Banking
  • Work collaboratively across teams to define the product roadmaps and drive product delivery
  • Partner closely with Fraud Operations to execute fraud prevention strategies and support investigations
  • Work closely with clients and end customers to understand their needs related to fraud prevention
  • Drive continuous improvement in our digital product capabilities to keep pace with rapidly evolving threat landscape
  • Be an ambassador for the importance of strong security and controls across FIS and with clients
  • Develop product strategy - what should digital banking do to be the best in fraud prevention?
  • Define product roadmap
  • Work with product, technical product, and engineering to build new features and capabilities into our product suite
  • Client interaction - connect with our clients about Security & Fraud Prevention capabilities
  • Vendor partnership - manage vendor relationships related to fraud capabilities

What you bring:

  • Thorough knowledge of financial fraud methodology, controls and threat landscape
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital security and fraud mitigation
  • Product management experience – preferably at a tech or fintech firm
  • Financial services experience preferred but not required
  • Leadership and ability to both present to senior leaders and execute at the ground level
  • Requires general business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision and executive presence
  • Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner
  • Client relationship management skills, understanding and focusing on clients’ needs, establishing credibility and building positive, professional, relationships with clients
  • Team skills, including ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within organization, internally and externally
  • Project management skills; ability to prioritize and complete tasks
  • Requires leadership and negotiation skills

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $168,540.00 - $283,160.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
