As a Capability Product Manager focusing on Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) products, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead and innovate in the rapidly growing field of financial services. This role involves spearheading the strategy, design, and execution of our BNPL offerings, aligning them with customer needs and market trends.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the end-to-end development of the BNPL product, from conceptualisation to launch. You'll collaborate closely with Product Owners and their teams, guiding the evolution of the product, ensuring its alignment with business goals, and maintaining its competitiveness in the market. Your involvement will span the entire lifecycle of the product, requiring you to assist teams in refining the product, prioritizing features, and solving any challenges that arise during development.
Managing stakeholders and internal subject matter experts will be a key part of your role, requiring excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You'll also play a crucial role in developing and implementing the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, ensuring the successful launch and adoption of the product.
