Position Description

Serco has dozens of job opportunities available within the Maryland Intelligence community. These positions are on very critical teams, supporting our Maryland customer.   • This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain/transfer a TS/SCI with Poly clearance.
  • This position is contingent upon customer requirements and/or their approval.

Serco supports the US Government customer on a long-term contract which supports the customer’s contract, financial and program management business efforts in support of national defense. Our team provides business support and expertise to include tracking program status, monitoring cost, schedule, and contract performance. You will be part of a team that works closely with the customer to deliver business expertise with an emphasis on contracts, finance, and customer service. Our managers on this team are seasoned Serco personnel who are available and responsive to ensure your success!

  • IC Cloud
  • HPC Engineers
  • Hardware Systems Engineering

Qualifications

To be successful in these roles, you will have:

  • An active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.
  • A United States Citizenship.
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma. Most positions require additional education, experience, and/or certifications depending on the position, contract requirements, and skill level. Microsoft Office Skills; excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Sound technical knowledge base of discipline’s standard concepts, principles, and techniques.
  • The ability to work independently, in a team environment and under stressful conditions with tight deadlines. 

Additional desired experience and skills:

  • May be required depending on position, contract, and skill level.
