Role: Staff Accountant (Entry Level/Accounting Grad)

Our client, an extremely prestigious and historical organization is looking to add a Staff Accountant to their team. They are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow. MUST have a B.S in Accounting. Please only apply if applicable.

Requirements

  • B.S., Accounting ( absolute must/ no flex)
  • 0-1 years of experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot table vlook up)
  • Must be a US Citizen

Responsibilities

  • Prepares account analysis and account reconciliations for balance sheets and income statement accounts including, but not limited to, fixed assets, prepaid expenses and, cash.
  • Prepares and processes journal entries for non-recurring reclassification requests.
  • posts monthly entries.
  • Prepares and records other month end journals and accruals.
  • Support financial statement audits by preparing and responding to Prepared By Client (PBC) requests and other audit inquiries.
