Role Responsibilities:

As a Contract and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Develop and analyze business cases related to chemical registration processes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial assumptions and regulatory compliance.
  • Facilitate the preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts and agreements with external stakeholders.
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to contractual terms and conditions.
  • Oversee and ensure strict compliance with contractual obligations related to Chemical Regulatory topics.
  • Proactively identify potential compliance risks and implement corrective actions.
  • Evaluate the financial implications of new and existing regulations, including registration and testing costs, data sharing, and associated expenses. · Provide comprehensive financial reviews to support decision-making processes.
  • Act as a point of contact for customers and suppliers to coordinate regulatory requirements.

Experience and Competencies:

We are looking for experienced candidates with great attention to detail and the ability to provide the best support to internal as well as external stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in law or finance.
  • Proven experience in contract management and negotiation.
  • Ability to evaluate complex regulatory and financial information to inform decision-making.
  • Ability to read, interpret and iplement legal documents.
  • Financial acumen with the ability to assess and anmalyze cost impacts.
  • Experience in SAP is a strong plus.
  • Basic knowledge of chemistry or willingness to obtain basic knowledge fast
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Effective team player with the ability to work in a global, multi-cultural environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. · Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to new instructions and/or dynamic organizational priorities is critical for job success.
