The Role

Due to extensive growth, we are searching for the next production superstars ! This position is pivotal to the success of the day-to-day manufacturing operations, by ensuring consistency of product quality, productivity, and safety across the site. We are flat out busy busy busy as we continue to produce high quality products, and it’s all hands on deck! Our current shift structure is 12 hours (6am – 6pm and 6pm – 6am). We’d love to offer some flexibility so let us know your preference and if you can do both, even better!

Our business couldn't operate without our customer driven, quick-thinking and energetic Production Team Members. It’s a fast-moving, hands-on, physical role - so you’ll need to be good with English, physically fit and raring to go.

You’ll never be bored as the work is fun and you will get plenty of exercise, as you work together as a team to ensure our iconic beverage brands are accurately, safely and efficiently manufactured to the highest standards.

You will be given full training when you start on all the equipment and technology you will be using to carry out your role. You will also be required to demonstrate safe work behaviours, lead by example and encourage others to do the same. 

Ideally, you will either have previous experience within a Logistics environment or be willing to roll up your sleeves and learn quickly on the job

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Proactively anticipating issues on the production line and identifying solutions
  • Understanding and driving line performance
  • Carrying out quality checks, basic machine care and maintenance including; cleaning, inspection, lubrication and tightening
  • Work as a team player and share knowledge willingly
  • Actively seek development to continuously learn
  • Following through on business processes 
  • Actively participating in a strong safety focussed culture

About you:

  • High problem solving ability and time management skills
  • Flexibility to work day and night shifts on a rotating roster
  • Mechanical Aptitude
  • High attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
  • Great communication skills
  • Exceptional commitment to Quality and Safety
  • An understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and LEAN Manufacturing Principles
  • Previous Food and Beverage experience
