Overview

Introducing the Global Business Development and Marketing Team:

Our goal? Landing new business opportunities and putting the best foot forward for FleishmanHillard as an agency — whether that’s prospecting new clients, expanding what we do for our current partners or racking up industry awards. Now we’re looking to grow our team with dedicated resources to help us flawlessly execute integrated marketing programs and campaigns. Our success will depend on the caliber of talent we’re investing in and the processes you’ll help us evolve — working on projects that may include input from team leadership, general managers, global client leaders, sector and practice leaders, and other important voices throughout our agency.

We don’t have a one size fits all formula for success; we don’t reach into the same bag of tricks. In our experience, the landscape changes too fast to rely on the “tried and true.” That said, we do learn from experience. We’ve blazed trails for startups and Fortune 10 companies around the world, and each adventure has inspired us – inspired new ideas, new thinking, new ways of working, new ways of continually winning!

A Little About You:

This role is for someone who’s stoked by challenges, pushing to create something new — never settling for simply “what we tried before” or “the way it’s always been done.” You challenge the status quo, but leave your ego at the door. You’re the type of person who can inspire the firm to think about our own opportunities and new possibilities, helping us break any perceptions of FleishmanHillard and/or PR agencies in general.

You might describe yourself as an early adopter, a self-starter, a beta tester. But when we look at your resume and dive into your portfolio, we’ll see an experienced, energetic creative professional with good instincts, an adventurous spirit and proven experience in driving results.

We recognize that diversity and inclusion benefit our agency, our clients, and the communities in which we work and live. To that end, we strongly encourage applications from women, people of color, members of the LGBTQ community, veterans, and individuals with disabilities. As part of our ongoing effort to be the world’s most inclusive agency, we are committed to seeking candidates who possess and demonstrate a profound interest in furthering our DE&I goals.
