We are looking for an email and SMS marketing professional with experience in driving strategies, developing, and deploying email and SMS marketing campaigns, as well as analyzing and optimizing within a B2B demand-generation capacity. The marketing manager will strategize and lead the launch of campaigns across multiple channels: email, SMS, lifecycle, nurture, behavioral trigger, cross-selling and progressive profiling – ensuring optimal segmentation, design, delivery, timing, cadence, and ultimately, achieving marketing-sourced revenue goals.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Email Marketing Campaign Management:
  • Own end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns, including analytics, asset design, and launch scheduling using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments to meet inquiry goals, notifying sales teams as necessary.
  • Data Management and Analysis:
  • Gather, organize, and maintain campaign data, providing recommendations to stakeholders based on performance metrics and audience segmentation.
  • Track success metrics, A/B testing results, and revenue generated against forecasts and quotas, making data-driven recommendations.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance:
  • Conduct pre-launch testing of emails using Litmus to ensure accuracy and mitigate errors.
  • Coordinate legal review of campaign assets and maintain legal compliance in SMS channel.
  • Strategy Development and Implementation:
  • Develop and drive strategy for SMS channel to achieve acquisition and revenue growth goals.
  • Implement email campaigns to drive agent network growth and product engagement, utilizing automation and segmentation.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:
  • Coordinate project management for campaign production, creative team coordination, and legal approval.
  • Participate in integrated marketing campaigns and coordinate subscription-based service renewals.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain project status and documentation through internal tracking systems, providing reporting and readouts to teams.
  • Generate tracking, reporting, and analysis to support decision-making and future planning.
  • Additional Support and Development:
  • Support marketing team in content coordination, brand development, and other capacities as needed.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the database and available segmentation options, assisting in strategies to grow the contact database.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Marketing automation experience required
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience planning and measuring email marketing programs
  • SMS marketing experience preferred
  • 3 years of experience in new subscriber acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of digital/email marketing best practices – A/B testing, email design optimization, etc.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition, and customer retention strategies
  • Strong working knowledge in Excel and analyzing data
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment; you can think on your feet and bring ideas/recommendations to the table
  • Excellent cross-functional working relationships & communication skills
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Hands-on deployment experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Hands-on knowledge of enterprise CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in SMS marketing
  • Data-driven decision maker
