Waldorf Astoria Orlando is looking for a Groundskeeper to join the Agronomy / Golf Maintenance Team!

Surrounded by Walt Disney Resort, this luxurious Forbes 4-Star property has 502 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 2 bars, a pool, and in-room dining.

  • Classification: Full-Time
  • Shift: Start time for this position is between 5am-6am. There are two types of schedules for this position and all Team Members will rotate between the two schedules throughout the year:
  • Schedule 1: A six-day week with either a Saturday or Sunday off. 4 days = 8 hours and 2 days = 4 hours
  • Schedule 2: A five-day week with either Friday/Saturday or Sunday/Monday off. 4 days = 9 hours and 1 day = 4 hours
  • Pay: $17.00 per hour – Please note, final offer is based on experience.

What will I be doing?

As a Golf Course Groundskeeper, you would be responsible for maintaining the appearance and safety of the Golf Course in the property's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Maintain the appearance and safety of the golf course, but not limited to; greens, tees, fairways, roughs, bunkers, etc.
  • Edge, weed eat, fly mow, trim, blow all necessary areas.
  • Assist in sod, irrigation and drainage projects.
