Junior Project Coordinator with German

We are currently looking for Junior Project Coordinator with German.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic PMO Support for SAP projects. Learn how to support project and service managers in successful project delivery ( scope, schedule, resources, budget. Coordinate project meetings.)
  • Preparing documentation, calculations, reports, statements and presentations for project needs;
  • Collaborate and good communication with project managers and project team and customers.
  • Be a part of PMO team for SAP DACH projects.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • German & English language (C1)
  • Availability to work 40 hours/week.
  • Proactiveness and can-do attitude, eager to gather PMO knowledge.
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools - especially MS Excel & Power Point.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and problem – solving skills.

Nice to have:

  • PMO experience
  • Knowledge of MS Project, JIRA & Confluence, SharePoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
