Senior Director, Research (GHRP Research Lead and Key Initiative Leader)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Director, Research to lead Gartner Human Resources Practice’s research portfolio for HR Business Partners (HRBPs). You will monitor and improve health of the portfolio and ensure all research insights align to HRBPs’ priorities. You will create and manage the content plan, oversee the health and quality of research, and generate actionable business ideas on Key Initiatives (KIs)/topics for HRBPs. These KIs/topics include (not limited to) organization design and change management, talent and performance effectiveness and employee experience. Gartner's research on these topics is often cited in major news outlets including Forbes, Harvard Business Review, The Washington Post, and The Economist, allowing our firm to extend our impact even further.
