Job Description

  • Work with broader business teams to collect and modify all needs and translate into EPICs/features/user stories which align with overall digital strategy, and work with technical architect and technical product owner on sprint cycles to find technical solutions including backlog management and prioritization
  • Responsible for PI Planning readiness in relation to the program backlog (top 10 features of PI Planning, customer journey maps)
  • Develop and maintain a product vision and 3-month roadmap
  • Owns 18–24-month Product Area software feature roadmap to achieve OKRs; Adjusts Product Area OKRs & roadmap based on external factors (e.g., channels, platforms, customer feedback)
  • Responsible for planning digital mall and loyalty products to meet customer demands, enhance user experience, and increase customer engagement.
  • Research and analyze market demands and competitors to formulate strategic positioning and distinctive features for digital mall and loyalty products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including DBTT, Sales, CCA and Marketing departments, to drive the development and delivery of digital products.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, including requirement gathering, priority setting, feature design, testing, and release.
  • Optimize user interface and functionality of digital mall and loyalty products to improve user satisfaction and retention.
  • Collect and analyze user data and behavior, provide user insights and improvement suggestions, and continuously optimize products and services.
  • Track operational performance and market feedback of digital mall and loyalty products, and adjust strategies and directions promptly.

Additional Job Description

  • CET 6 or above English capability, TOEFL or IELTS would be preferred
  • Degree holder or equivalent, majoring in Strategy/Management/Digital Communication or relevant field
  • Knowledge of automotive loyalty program digital solution design and settling
  • Knowledge of digital product lifecycle management
  • 5+ years of experience in loyalty program management
  • Experience of agile software development process
  • Familiarity with alternative business models and ability to apply to a range of opportunities
  • Excellent strategic agility – ability to recognize & capitalize on opportunities, identify and avoid threats, and pivot when needed
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Strong collaboration, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Customer focus
  • Relationship skills to create a network of contacts internally and externally
  • Good analytical skills
