As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will play a meaningful role in developing and implementing an always-on and targeted demand generation program for our multiple product portfolios. You will collaborate with marketing managers, the digital team, and business partners in a highly matrixed organization to accelerate revenue growth, drive lead generation, nurture campaigns, and optimize marketing efforts.

What will you do

1. Data Acquisition and Analysis:

  • Conduct data analysis to identify demand generation opportunities and insights.
  • Use weekly reporting mechanisms to supervise and measure campaign performance.
  • Optimize third-party optimization processes, spend, tracking, and measurement.
  • Perform unique PL (Product Line) analysis and customer-journey mapping for identifying growth opportunities.

2. Execution:

  • Develop and track/update reporting mechanisms for CID (Customer Identification) development.
  • Create and implement email efficiency plans to drive lead generation.
  • Collaborate with regional teams for effective merchandising implementation.
  • Expand into 3P (third-party) placements to increase reach and demand.
  • Update and optimize initiatives on the website and forms to ensure mobile alignment
  • Audit and optimize digital asset metadata to improve search visibility and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Update and optimize MAP (Marketing Automation Platform) to fill gaps and expand entry points.

3. Strategy and Collaboration:

  • Acquire and analyze data to identify demand generation opportunities aligned with business objectives and target market segments.
  • Collaborate with marketing managers to understand campaign goals, product lines, target audience, and channels.
  • Work closely with the digital team to optimize digital marketing channels for lead generation and conversion.
  • Identify and implement new demand generation tactics to expand reach and deliver qualified leads.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and standard methodologies in demand generation, marketing automation, and generative AI (Artificial Intelligence).
  • Act as a knowledge partner for the team, sharing expertise and providing mentorship.

How will you get here

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Tried experience in demand generation, digital marketing, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide insights based on data.
  • Intellectual curiosity and challenger of the status quo.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work optimally in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet target dates.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and standard methodologies in demand generation and marketing automation.
  • Experience with generative AI is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $83,300.00–$118,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
