As a Digital Designer with a focus on our Social Media channel, you will be responsible for producing content for a digital thinking company as well as insights into growing digital trends throughout the industry. You will also help improve and optimize current brand materials. Did we mention that you’ll be working closely with B2C/B2B, brand, and product teams to ensure all creatives and messaging are consistent, unique, and of high quality? The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller who can push a brand’s boundaries into creative deliverables. This person is detail-oriented, cognizant of time management, passionate, process-driven, and collaborative.

You are someone who will be:

  • You will be working with the Creative Manager and Creative Producer Lead and other channels to ideate, problem-solve, produce, and deliver creative content.
  • You have the imagination to bring ideas to life for CRM, Social, Retail, Paid Media, 3rd Party Partners, Ecomm and our Digital Loyalty Platform.
  • You like participating in and initiating design review sessions with key stakeholders, gaining consensus and approval on design materials.
  • You rationalize solutions and effectively communicate ideas and designs.
  • You assess data & analytics to form a design plan.
  • You can collaborate with developers, suppliers, and other 3rd party team members to meet campaign/program deadlines.

Let’s talk about what you bring

You are someone that has:

  • 2 years of paid experience working in a digital agency with a focused eye on social media.
  • Collaborating with various internal teams and using data to leverage design to improve KPIs.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe After-Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere.
  • Knowledge of Cinema 4D for motion design, Redshift, Octane renderings, supplying 3D assets and AODA standards.
  • Experience with Sketch & XD also an asset.
  • Ability to think outside of the box and be creative with motion graphics; Able to produce artifacts in both low and high fidelity; Good time management skills and knows what is needed at various stages of the product development lifecycle in order to balance time, meet objectives and focus on what’s most important.
  • Fluent in communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale.
  • Attention to detail and file management.
  • Demo reel will be requested upon submitting resume.

For this position, the salary range is between $73,740 to $92,756 based on the level of experience plus a variable compensation based on performance.
