We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic and energetic intern who is eager to learn more about Identity and Access Management framework and the technologies behind it - Active Directory (AD), Microsoft Entra ID, ForgeRock.

You will learn how to manage accounts and how to control their accesses within an organization and by following high security standards.

On top, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the culture of a Software IT company and understand:

  • How it is structured and driven
  • The motivation behind and the value it brings to customers and users
  • The main IT processes that are followed (ITIL)
  • The main communication and administration channels that are used - Outlook, Teams, Confluence, SharePoint, Jira Service Management (JSM)

Essential Functions

  • Support with the basic daily operational activities by following Standard Operational Procedures (SOP)
  • Management of the official IAM team SharePoint Site
  • Creation of Confluence articles
  • Backlog Item submission (as part of our regular Sprints)

  • Authorization
  • Authentication
  • Standardized protocols for authentication and authorization, such as SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0
  • Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • Multifactor Authentication (MFA)

  • Workday
  • Atlassian Products - Jira (ticketing system), Confluence
  • SharePoint
  • Active Directory (AD)
  • Entra ID
  • ForgeRock Identity Cloud (Cloud based tool where identities are stored and managed)

Minimum Requirements

  • A final year student or recent graduate, preferably IT related
  • Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent English language skills
