About the Role:

As Talent Acquisition partners, we collaborate with leadership teams to hire top talent who are passionate about their work, love what they do, and want to be a part of something that’s greater than themselves. This team provides high velocity recruiting support, delivers positive candidate experiences, and drives complex arrangements. We are looking for a Senior Talent Sourcer to join our growing talent team! You will be responsible for research, inbound and outbound sourcing, and overall development of technical talent pools for WeWork. The talent team uses and creates ways to surface leading talent, and we invest time in activating passive candidates through a highly engaged approach.

Responsibilities:

  • You'll execute on a sourcing strategy to develop a robust pipeline of premier candidates
  • Liaise with key business partners within the organization to drive and uphold hiring processes while adhering to tight deadlines
  • Use various channels to find top talent such as LinkedIn, Meetups, conferences and other select sourcing tools
  • Work closely in a team environment and partner with recruiters and hiring managers across multiple functions and locations on recruiting strategies
  • Identify talent, conduct phone screens, and make recommendations on next steps
  • Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal partners
  • Recommend and drive process improvements
  • Work with a variety of software applications

Requirements

  • 1+ years of recruiting experience in a dynamic customer-focused environment with a focus on seeking Finance talent
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • An intrinsic hustle attitude: We are growing rapidly and need people who will take the initiative to “figure it out” and take ownership to be successful in the role
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with teammates, candidates and hiring managers
  • Strong proficiency with the G-Suite platform and ATS systems; Workday preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
