La réussite dans ce rôle sera atteinte en :

  • Élaborant, exécutant et maintenant de manière proactive le matériel de formation et la documentation des processus.
  • Favorisant l'adoption de la technologie et des processus grâce à des stratégies efficaces de gestion du changement axées sur un changement de comportement durable.
  • Établissant des partenariats et une compréhension des besoins de nos parties prenantes et des obstacles à l'adoption de la technologie et des processus.
  • Évaluant en continu l'efficacité des initiatives de formation et de changement, apportant des améliorations continues pour maximiser l'impact sur l'adoption de la technologie et des processus.

Responsabilités clés :

  • Collaborer avec l'équipe d'Acquisition de talents pour comprendre leurs besoins et défis liés à l'adoption de nouvelles technologies et de nouveaux processus.
  • Évaluer les besoins et collaborer avec des experts en la matière pour développer du contenu et dispenser des formations à l'aide de diverses méthodes (en direct, basées sur ordinateur, aides à l'emploi, etc.).
  • Recommander et mettre en œuvre des stratégies et des outils de gestion du changement pour favoriser l'adoption et maximiser un changement de comportement durable.
  • Créer des plans de communication et des supports pour transmettre efficacement les changements de processus à toutes les parties prenantes.
  • Suivre et mesurer l'impact des initiatives de changement et ajuster si nécessaire.
  • Fournir un soutien et des conseils continus à l'équipe d'Acquisition de talents pour assurer une adoption réussie et un changement durable.

Exigences minimales :

  • Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Minimum de 4 ans d'expérience en formation et communication.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais parlé et écrit.
  • Compétences intermédiaires à avancées en PowerPoint et en présentation.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en écoute.
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Mentalité d'apprentissage continu, en restant à jour sur les tendances et les meilleures pratiques de l'industrie.

Success in this role will be achieved by:

  • Proactively developing, executing, and maintaining training material and process documentation.
  • Driving technology and process adoption through effective change management strategies that focus on sustainable behavior change.
  • Developing partnerships and an understanding of our stakeholder needs and barriers to adopting technology and processes.
  • Continuously evaluating the effectiveness of training and change initiatives, making continuous improvements to maximize the impact on technology and process adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to understand their needs and challenges in adopting new technologies and processes.
  • Assess needs and collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content and deliver training using variety of methods (live, computer based, job aids, etc.).
  • Recommend and implement change management strategies and tools to drive adoption and maximize sustainable behavior change.
  • Create communication plans and materials to effectively convey process changes to all stakeholders.
  • Monitor and measure the impact of change initiatives and adjust as necessary.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to the Talent Acquisition team to ensure successful adoption and sustained change.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in training and communication.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in PowerPoint and presentation delivery.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Continuous learning mindset, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

Physical Requirements:

  • General office demands.
  • Hybrid work arrangement (home and McK office).
  • No travel required.

As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered. 

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$66,400 - $110,600
