Job Description Summary:

Principal Operations Leader delivering superior supply chain operations and sustainability for NAOU’s top broadline foodservice distributors. Critical to gain, maintain and execute status of subject matter expert (SME) and trusted-advisor role to Sales Directors (DNSE & Growth Managers) regarding all supply chain operations across a wide array of beverage categories, e.g., BIB, Coca-Cola Freestyle, juice, coffee, tea, juice, ARTM, etc. Responsibilities include recommendations to Sales Directors (DNSE & Growth Managers) for supply chain enhancements, transportation, implementation of product innovations and product tests, and systemic solutions to local and regional supply chain issues.

Position is also responsible for the development of supply chain operational efficiencies for the foodservice distribution network, testing/pilot new RTM programs, and implementation new operations business strategies (e.g., national/regional product launch programs, transportation optimization, activating new order fulfillment processes, etc.), as well as, partnering with Sales Directors (DNSE & Growth Managers) to generate local market incremental revenue (OI) for foodservice/franchise system which is integral to NAOU’s revenue growth strategies. Direct management responsibility for key supply chain distribution programs (e.g., CCFS distributor pick/pack program, distributor managed freight, distribution B2B, contingency planning, IMCR, etc.).

Responsibilities:

As a key data analyst for the team, the responsibilities will include collecting and analyzing large datasets, identifying trends and patterns, and using data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and concise manner to networked stakeholders and NAOU leaderships. Also, craft compelling data-driven stories to help stakeholders make informed decisions and drive business outcomes.

Subject matter expertise (distributor operations, transportation optimization, carrier performance, product innovations & policy compliance) required to deliver consultative services to Sales Directors (DNSE & Growth Managers) for all aspects of complex supply chain operations, including warehousing efficiencies, and all distribution operational programs and initiatives. Strong ability to leverage internal and external resources to support sustainability and excellence with Sales Directors (DNSE & Growth Managers) and supply chain operations.

Authorize distributors to carry and deliver Coca-Cola products to our FSOP and Retail customer outlets. Ensure distributors and cash and carry locations adhere to approved Company policies operating standards.

Enhance delivery of training applications for Sales Directors (DNSE & Growth Managers), FSOP/Retail sales teams and distributors. Requires high degree of technical knowledge and functional understanding of all varieties of data analysis platforms and applications.

Serve as Functional expert and liaison between Sales Directors (DNSE & Growth Managers) and all NAOU supply chain operations and Customer Experience functions, such as syrups plants, third-party warehouses (3PW) billing/invoicing, and QSE.

Required Qualifications:

Expert knowledge of supply chain operations, packaging & service, warehousing, and knowledge of transportation business; strong written and oral communication skills; effective interpersonal skills (high degree of influencing and collaboration required); project management experience; and program management; strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply judgment in independent decisions.

Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, finance, business analytics, warehouse management, operations, (or equivalent work experience)

Related work experience: At least 3-5 years of relevant experience.

$92,600 - $114,400
