Description and Requirements

This position is responsible for working with the lead Transition Manager to ensure the project is completed on time and in budget. The candidate is responsible helping to ensure all aspects of the project run smoothly, efficiently using project management standards. This position is responsible for the coordination of status reporting, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issue management for the project.

What You will do:

  • Assist Transition Manager in performing project management activities.
  • Coordinating project priorities across multiple tracks on a project and driving the project
  • Coordinate, schedule and facilitate client and internal meetings and weekly status reporting and other team meetings
  • Following established standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation
  • Drive a focus on consistent communication and project standards internally within the project team and externally with customer
  • Act as a point of contact for all project administrative tasks for the assigned project
  • Utilize MS tools including teams, project and spreadsheets to track budgets, schedules, and other information.
  • Setup and manage processes for contract management, financial management, scope management and other elements of the project management processes
  • Oversee progress to make sure goals are met on time.
  • Create and manage project deliverables, milestones and required tasks per the schedule
  • Coordination of and response to requests for changes from the original specifications
  • Building and maintaining positive working relationship with vendors and external/internal customers

What we expect from You:

  • Strong Project Management skills; expert in organizing, planning and managing large-scale projects
  • Ability to analyze project needs and determine resources needed to meet objectives
  • Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, time management skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and project management skills, including an ability to communicate effectively at an executive level
  • Ability to prioritize and manage work and trade-offs against critical timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Builds a strong internal and external network of personal relationships to identify issues and opportunities.
  • Demonstrated experience in analyzing a business issue and developing a future state recommendation
  • Highly developed skills in using MS applications including:
  • Project
  • Visio
  • Understand and Create Process Flows (Swim lanes, flowcharts)
  • Understand and Create Technical Diagrams
  • Excel/Sharepoint/Teams
  • Import from different sources of data
  • Data Analysis using charts, pivot tables, filters and rules
  • Knowledge of basic to advanced Excel functions
  • Ability to set agendas and facilitate meetings, while focusing in on critical path discussion topics and necessary decisions
  • Strong negotiation ability and attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines
  • Ability to travel up to 50% (no travel during COVID)
  • 4-6 years of information technology and business experience
  • A Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline with an information technology focus
  • External project management certification such as PMP from PMI or other project management certification is preferred
  • ITIL Foundation Certified is a Plus

Base gross monthly salary starts from 1850 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also a variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
