As Commercial Effectiveness Trainee you will be part of the Business Analytics & Customer Insight Team, you will contribute to the achievement of business objectives and to the improvement of commercial effectiveness by setting up and managing systems, tools and processes.

You will work within the Disease Squad Team, developing a comprehensive analytical approach to support strategic business decisions.

In summary, with your manager and your team you will be involved in the following main areas of work:

  • Sales Force Effectiveness & Commercial Excellence;
  • Performance analysis, covering the mains KPIs at national and territorial level;
  • Sales analysis and target setting modeling;
  • Profiling and segmentation;
  • Systems, tools and dashboard management;
  • Customer experience-related activities;
  • Field Force sizing and organization changes.

We offer a 6-month internship with reimbursement.

Who we are looking for:

  • University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Management Engineering, Economics or equivalent;
  • Advanced Excel knowledge;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with logical and methodical work approach to reliably manage complex analysis;
  • Open-mindedness, proactive attitude and good interpersonal skills to interact with people from several departments;
  • Good knowledge of both English and Italian language, both written and spoken.
