POSITION IS LOCATED IN CINCINNATI - PAID RELOCATION PROVIDED

What you'll be doing:

  • Build and nurture relationships by making outbound calls to establish your book of business
  • Sell and close deals with new and existing customers to meet their freight transportation needs
  • Utilize negotiation skills to determine pricing with shippers and carriers
  • Manage daily shipments, ensuring timely pickup and delivery while addressing any issues that arise, 24/7/365
  • Open and proactive communication, both internally and externally, maintaining transparency and trust

What you need: 

  • College degree preferred, but we have successful Sales Representatives without one
  • A strong work ethic and the determination to outperform your peers
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to handle conflicts effectively
  • The ability to work in an office equipped with the latest technologies
  • Prior sales experience is preferred, but we value individuals with diverse backgrounds who can bring fresh perspectives
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations
