The role of Inside Sales Representative is to implement and follow-up on various cross-European sales

projects, by tracking and managing special price renewal process for various customers types (Distributors

and OEMs), customers’ route to market transition process and acting as a constant interface between

customers and different Honeywell teams.

The role will require proactive attitude, likeable and customer oriented, very comfortable on the phone,

channel partner management experience to get fast results and achieve the assigned targets, analytical

skills is a plus.

Main responsibilities

  • Build long term, meaningful partner relationships in a remote environment (verbal skills/phone
  • skills very important)
  • Act on the partners’ behalf as an advocate to ensure best possible experience when interacting
  • with Honeywell;
  • Collaborate effectively with Regional Distribution Managers to ensure perfect synchronization
  • between project objectives and partner’s needs;
  • Align with regional sales management leaders to get the right level of support for project
  • regional implementation;
  • Collaborate effectively with other internal teams to ensure the customer needs are fully met;
  • Create monthly special price dashboards to actively follow-up with assigned Authorized
  • Distributor to ensure project targets are met;
  • Plan regular meeting with project internal and external stakeholders to track progress and
  • agree on next steps;
  • Communicate to customers and partners all business decisions related to route to market
  • transition process and engage with relevant internal team to process them accordingly;
  • Communicate to customers and partners all business decisions related to products shipment,
  • price updates, etc.
  • Involve in ad-hoc team projects to address orders and revenue gaps and other business
  • objectives.
  • Very good knowledge of CRM – SFDC.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree /equivalent, or High School diploma with significant relevant experience;
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English, other European languages represent a plus;
  • Good understanding of multi-dimensional routes to market - via Channel, Distribution and Direct
  • to end users;
  • Manipulation and data management skills with the ability to produce timely and accurate
  • management reports in a high pressure / short cycle management environment;
  • External knowledge should typically include mixed model routes to market such as direct, partner
  • and distribution.
