Job Description

  • Day to day sales management practices, Provide effective consultancy and advisory support to Sales heads to analyze, plan, and implement necessary sales plans and resources to achieve volume requirements.
  • Sales operation and Team performance, deep understanding of sales process and the ability to optimize them to drive efficiency and effectiveness 
  • Capability building, Develop and nurturing the capabilities of the sales team skills to assess the team’s strengths and weaknesses and devise training and development programs to bolster their capabilities
  • Deep understanding of sales operation ; activity leads generation - closing.
  • Analytical to analyse and optimize datafor sales improvement not limited to target setting, monitor KPI/incentives, sales productivity & training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree from any field preferably experience in strategy or planning for sales
  • Minimum 3-5 years proven experience in a commercial / Sales Support role
  • Proven track record of project management experience. 
  • Excellent understanding of Sales processes and ideally a background in actual selling
  • Hands- on knowledge of Customer Relationship Mgmt. (Salesforce.com) & Business Intelligence systems
  • Experience in managing a team
  • Experience in logistics is a plus
  • Previous experience in Country and Regional office collaborates environments will be an added advantage
