About the Role:

The Senior Analyst may conduct research, document requirements, perform complex data analysis, support project management for departmental projects, The role may aid with the implementation of plans, projects. This role may assist leaders with preparation of reports, presentations, or business cases to support departmental initiatives. This role will report to the Director Digital Product Management,

You Will:

  • May work across team and with other internal stakeholders to reach our goals:
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to set out our needs to undertake a change in business processes, ways of working or technology enablement and obtain understanding on this need
  • Help develop a business case to provide the return on investment of a change
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure all work is completed within timescales.
  • May track performance of launched programs, products, services and measure against plans.
  • May conduct research and complex analysis on several business factors and make preliminary recommendations:
  • May be assigned to conduct market analysis and Identify gaps/opportunities.
  • May assist leaders with analysing our performance and benchmarks. 
  • May analyze data to look for new trends in the market and how to exploit them
  • May provide or help provide analysis and measurement of team performance against KPIs, revenue or other indicators.
  • May conduct analysis of work undertaken and team efficiency to make recommendations to iteratively improve. 
  • May prepare or help prepare analysis, reports, presentations, and business for executive leadership team. 
  • May interact with suppliers or vendors to gather data, follow-up/ensure closure on deliverables, or other actions as needed. 
  • May coach, guide and direct the tasks of other analysts, specialists or coordinators. 

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combinations of education and experience
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with data analysis
