Job Title: Inside Sales Manager (People Manager) - IND (Lenovo Ecommerce Team)

Description and Requirements

The Inside sales team within the Lenovo direct business is responsible for supporting existing customer base and driving new customer acquisition via outbound calls. Team size is between 12- 16 ISR’s & Account Manager, below are the key requirements from new hire.

  • 5-7 years of experience in a customer-facing or inside sales (B2B Sales) role with proven sales skills to build on
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as People manager
  • Driving 100% coverage of assigned accounts to his/her respective team via Outbound, email, & Web approach
  • Eagerness to learn and become a specialist in a defined area of the Lenovo India portfolio including but not limited to Desktops, laptops, Servers, Tablets, Services etc.
  • Maintain End to end customer journey in MS Dynamics & also manage it on daily basis vis CRM (MS Dynamics)
  • Helping his team members in closing large value deals (if needed then meeting customer F2F or talking to them virtually)
  • Take ownership of customer end to end sales cycle until fulfilment/Delivery
  • Drive team to meet set weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Targets
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams when needed

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Overall experience 7+Yrs 
  • Minimum experience of 2 Years as people manager.
  • Strong command on English verbal & Written communication
  • Minimum 5 years of Sales Experience
  • High interpersonal skills with the ability to work with team
