Work You’ll Do

You will be responsible for working on implementations of support security integration tasks including working on custom applications using APEX , Java or Python. You may also work on monitoring Support compliance to information security auditing.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Reviewing and processing support tickets for OAL systems
  • Monitor key controls and requirements for systems integrated with security programs.
  • Liaison between the technical operations side of the organization and teams outside of OAL.
  • Understand why certain policies are in place, and how they map to OAL processes.
  • Work closely with the Operational Support teams to assist in support escalations, where required.
  • Enhance , Debug or develop custom tools. 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, programming, or related field.
  • An interested a Security operations work.
  • Good analytics and problem-solving skills.
  • Be able to clearly articulate and communicate information in written, verbal, and presentations.
  • Work on creating algorithms for Data Masking. 
  • Quick learner with an ability to drive, follow, and evangelize cross-team processes.
  • Ability to travel (potentially including occasional international travel) at short notice.

Nice to Have

  • Understand project development work, have experience in managing projects.
  • Knowledge of programming methodologies and worked on existing projects in a larger team.

Career Level - IC4

As a member of the IT organization, assist with the analyze of existing complex programs and formulate logic for new complex internal systems. Prepare flow-charting, perform coding, and test/debug programs. Develop conversion and system implementation plans. Recommend changes to development, maintenance, and system standards.
