Job Description:

This position is responsible for design, development, testing, change management, and support of enterprise system integrations; consults with end users for business process analysis, to define requirements, and to troubleshoot issues; reviews, analyzes, and modifies system programs (encode, test, debug, and install); documents database, applications, and operating system environment requirements and models; monitors scheduled processes for successful achievement of expected service levels; exemplary customer service in all facets of work.

Job Responsibilities:

Development: Create/maintain custom integrations. Follow programming design principles and best practices. Comply with software quality assurance standards, business goals, and project timelines in an agile delivery environment. Maintain expertise in technologies and methodologies. Deploy into live environment. Handle new releases and upgrades for software.

Ensure availability and viability of integrations through daily monitoring, maintenance, problem resolution and upgrades. Provide subject matter expertise in solution and technology functions and procedures. Document and share system knowledge. Provide direct end-user support related to the IT function of supported applications and services. Analyze, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues. Comply with established system security protocols. Assist with capacity planning and management. Escalate production issues and break fixes. (70%)

Design: Understand the perspective of cross functional clients to analyze their requirements, define projects, and implement and support integrations and web based solutions. Work with other cross functional teams to solve business problems. Collaborate with functional subject matter experts and vendors to define integration requirements. Writes technical requirements. (20%)

Minimum Qualifications:

Integration Developer 1:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • A thorough understanding of software processes (development, configuration, testing, and deployment).

Integration Developer 2:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience.
  • Practical object-oriented programming; XML, XSLT, SQL programming, standard IT architectures and frameworks.
  • Experience troubleshooting internal and externally developed code, Experience delivering production‐grade software.

Integration Developer 3:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience.
  • Practical object-oriented programming; XML, XSLT, SQL programming, standard IT architectures and frameworks.
  • Experience troubleshooting internal and externally developed code, Experience delivering production‐grade software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Science, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science.
  • Workday Integration Tools (EIB, CC, Studio), Boomi Integrations.
