JR47681 Senior Process/ Change Management Engineer, PDE ENG

Description

As a Process Engineer you will be primarily responsible for Managing the Network Change thru collaboration with cross functional teams from site Process, equipment, PDE, Pkg Rel team, Global and site QE to ensure on compliance to the global change management process and work towards management objectives

Responsibilities:-

  • Coordinate and manage change request to go to the appropriate change request stage across assembly sites
  • Provide adequate communication of change flow / process/ status when necessary
  • Ensure compliance to site/network change request to go to the appropriate change request stage
  • Governance and alignment of Global Visual defect workmanship specs for substrates
  • On site Audit certification for HQ processes (Manufacturing and New Product Introduction) include but not limited to ISO , IATF certification audits and Customers audits.
  • Supporting the management in business process risk management and improvement activities
  • Point of contact to analysis and response to external customers request on assembly processes thru working closely with network team and customer facing quality team
  • Drive Subcon Continuous improvement and line audits to ensure effective fanout of CA/PA .

Requirements:-

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • Good Communication and interpersonal social skills and good team player
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent Project management skills
  • Able to manage multi tasks and balance dynamic priorities
  • Ability to participate in a multi-functional team environment
