Job Description

NXP Global Sales & Marketing (GSM) is the Go-to-Market organization for NXP’s business units. We own the customer relationships and thus ensures customers’ needs are met and NXP growth ambitions are achieved by identifying and creating opportunities for customers to innovate in focused markets using NXP’s diverse product portfolio.

Responsibilities :

NXP’s virtual sales team is on a mission to transform the experience with our customers and distribution partners by driving higher relevance and mindshare towards NXP, ultimately accelerating the growth for NXP. This role is at the core of NXP’s Mass Market go-to-market strategy and will carry specific goals in achieving results.

Focused effort & accountability in expanding NXP’s virtually selling presence within the Mass Market customer base. Strategically aligned with NXP’s demand creation priorities for solution selling while solving customer needs at the end application level. 

  • Owns the design, deployment and execution of our enhanced virtual sales model working within the Great China’s distribution management team and with a global team sharing common goals & objectives
  • Focused on pre-sales and project identification in a virtual selling environment across the Automotive, Industrial, IoT, and Comms Infrastructure verticals
  • Develops strategic demand creation initiatives to increase new customer count with close collaboration among our distribution and catalog partners
  • Identifies NXP solutions that can be proactively shared and promoted with an account-based marketing approach
  • Coordinates with the extended team of Regional Sales Team, Distribution Business Managers, and Marketing teams to execute strategy with speed and quality. Additionally, equips this team with the necessary resources & collateral to ensure proper follow up on key initiatives, product launches, and distributor virtual events
  • Organize and distribute content to NXP’s partners based on demand creation priorities and with key stakeholders across our partnership network (distribution, module vendors, SOM makers). Deliverables to follow our One NXP “total solution” mindset upon release
  • Provide Distribution Partners sales team with "How to Virtually Sell" trainings on NXP products and solutions on a regular basis
  • Creates proper awareness & accountability within the Business Units to ensure strategies for virtual enablement and customer needs are in line with Great China’s Mass Market business objectives
  • Provides and maintains up to date information to the field team on new customer activity, lead generation efforts, and demand creation priorities in the virtual world.

Qualifications: Master’s Degree with technology, semiconductor and/or electronics products professional experience.
