Junior Motion Graphics Designer

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Motion Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling. This individual will be involved in collaborative brainstorming sessions, encouraged to think outside the box, and should feel comfortable with storyboarding and conveying concepts. A keen eye for detail will be required to follow client's guidelines for a variety of high-level brands. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills and gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced creative environment working with some of the nation’s top insurance providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute motion graphics and animation.
  • Design and animate engaging visuals for YouTube, linear TV, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D to create high-quality motion graphics and animations.
  • Assist in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new projects and campaigns.
  • Work closely with senior creatives to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met effectively.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in motion design and animation to continuously improve skills and enhance project outcomes. 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, animation, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
  • Basic knowledge of 3D modeling and animation software such as Cinema 4D or Maya is a plus.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous motion design and animation work.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines, stay organized, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
