We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Manager of Field Analytics. Reporting into the Sr. Director of US Commercial Operations, the Senior Manager will contribute to all aspects of field force operations and analytics with primary responsibilities for sales planning, target identification and alignment, field process optimization, sales execution analytics and performance measurement. Internally known as a Sr. Manager of Sales Analytics and Operations, the Incumbent operates as part of the US Sales Analytics & Operations (SAO) team which guides the development and delivery of timely, actionable insights to support US Sales strategy and execution.
Ideally, this candidate would be located at Kite’s Santa Monica, California headquarters, or at Kite’s Workspace on Gilead’s Foster City, CA Campus in a hybrid role (3 days per week in the office) but, depending on the candidate, we may consider this opportunity to be remotely based.
Responsibilities of the Senior Manager of Field Analytics includes:
Basic Qualifications:
Masters Degree with 6+ years of Sales Analytics and/or Operations experience
OR
Bachelors Degree with 8+ years of Sales Analytics and/or Operations experience
OR
Associate Degree with 10+ years of Sales Analytics and/or Operations experience
OR
High School Degree / GED with 12+ years of Sales Analytics and/or Operations experience

The salary range for this position is: $139,995.00 - $181,170.00. Kite considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package. Benefits include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans*.
