The Solution Architect ensures solution feasibility and mitigates risk by leveraging a network of subject matter experts in the various domains. The Solution Architect is also capable of proposing customer roadmaps to realise the proposed solution. 

What you'll do: 

  • Take a leadership position within Oracle and with the customer for the ERP/CX Cloud solutions. 
  • Work on client-billable and pre-sales assignments to lead the solution development. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients in the Israel Cluster. 
  • Develop compelling, profitable and deliverable customer solutions with Oracle and customers. 
  • Act as an ambassador for Oracle application solutions throughout a customer engagement. 
  • Work closely with client, sales, pre-sales and delivery staff to develop a robust architecture.
  • Take full ownership of “best practice” of their competency area, covering the whole strategic footprint. 
  • Develop strong relationships with the product lines and in co-operation with the Delivery Management teams, advise on competency requirements. 
  • Take full accountability for the architectural solution of a pre-sale's opportunity or project. 
  • Form and maintain strong relationships with colleagues in product development. 
  • Provide sales awareness to the sales and delivery community within the Israel Cluster. 

What you'll bring:

  • Degree educated or equivalent experience. 
  • Fluent English and Hebrew.
  • Strong awareness of the broad Oracle Applications suite of products with particular emphasis as below:
  • CRM 
  • ERP
  • ERP or CRM Cloud is a big advantage. 
  • A creative and agile problem-solver. 
  • Recent project life-cycle experience, preferably with Project Management experience. 
  • Ability to advise customer on their implementation approach. 
  • Ability to form lasting high-level relationships both inside and outside a project assignment. 
  • Excellent knowledge of Oracle architectural methods, product standards and architectural roadmaps, including OUM, TCM.
  • Deep, proven architecture experience of their competence area.
  • Strong awareness of building solutions involving other application competence areas.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop successful architectures on projects with complex business requirements. 
  • Track record of success and credibility at all levels.
  • Strong customer service client relationship skills. 
  • Ability to present an argument and persuasive.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral with strong presentation ability.
