We have an exciting position open in Queretaro: HR Specialist reports to Manager, HRBP Mexico.

Job Responsibilities

  • Successful recruitment for ongoing and future business.
  • Coordination of recruitment activities – communication with agencies, cooperation with universities and high schools to attract new talent.
  • Active search for new recruitment channels
  • Focus on establishing Aptar as one of the top employers in South Bohemian region, employer branding activities.
  • Proper onboarding to make sure new hires receive all relevant information, documents and engage new hires from the day one.
  • Dealing with labor law matters concerning the establishment, course, and termination of
  • employment relationships, administrative support of whole employee life cycle
  • Organization of trainings, periodic trainings, mandatory trainings not only to meet the law requirements but also to develop people.
  • Cooperation on EHS issues
  • Ensuring timeliness of employees´ medical examinations
  • Acting in compliance with legal procedures in the preparation of personnel and related documents

a) HR activities

  • recruitment process (coordination of the whole process for various positions, communication with work agencies, active search of candidates, prescreening interviews, organizing interviews with managers, ensuring that open positions are successfully staffed and manager´s needs are met etc.)
  • active search for new recruitment channels
  • employer branding activities
  • ensures and coordinates activities and related administration of whole employee life cycle (from the onboarding to termination)
  • actively supports HR Business Partner in various matters to meet the business needs.
  • communicates with the relevant employment office.
  • ensures timeliness of medical examinations of employees to meet local law requirements.
  • manages employee´s data in HR system (SuccessFactors) and time management system to ensure the data is efficiently maintained and accurate.
  • acts actively to retain, engage and develop employees.
  • acts in compliance with local and global company strategies
  1. Other activities
  • ensures all necessary compliance with the law on archiving.
  • participates in various internal projects.
  • provides data for regular monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • carries out other activities as required by the line manager.

Job Requirements

a) Education

  • University or secondary education (preferably humanities, law, psychology, human resources)
  • Communicative knowledge of English in written and verbal form, min. level B2, another language is an advantage.

b) Abilities and skills

  • Relevant experience in HR and passion for HR work is a must.
  • Strong experience with recruitment of various positions
  • Strong knowledge of interviewing techniques
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the Labor Code and related laws
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Mindset of continuous improvement
  • Business and customer orientation
  • Ability to design solutions based on the business needs.
