The international teams across geographies consist of entrepreneurs, engineers, student services, and marketing professionals, all of whom will be stakeholders in our international growth. Working in Udacity India team and reporting to the Director- Enterprise Sales (India), you'll be responsible for driving our fast growing enterprise business through new client acquisition.  You will help leading companies empower their teams with training in the latest technologies so that they can develop powerful new products and services on a global scale.  We’re looking for someone who has a proven track record selling to and/or consulting with CXO level executives at Fortune 1,000 companies, and can excel in a start-up fast paced environment.


  • Prospect, develop and close new enterprise sales opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets
  • Leverage industry trends to understand customer pain points and tailor solutions based on customer needs
  • Conduct meetings with CXOs and L&D heads and confidently speak as a leader in this space
  • Develop and manage all aspects of relationships with enterprise partners
  • Build relationships founded on trust and integrity to facilitate opportunities
  • Provide feedback and input on product roadmap for Indian market and identify opportunities to deliver greater value to customers


  • Has 8+ years in enterprise sales, start-up or management consulting experience
  • Existing strong relationships with leaders within functions of human resource, recruitment, learning & development and training in large corporates & enterprises
  • Uses a consultative and solution selling approach to closing new business
  • Demonstrates strong business development, negotiation, and communication skills at the client CXO level
  • Gathers in-depth knowledge of client’s business, organisational structure, and business processes to drive sales
  • Has an exceptionally strong track record in advanced enterprise sales with proven performance
  • Is forward-looking, flexible, creative, and proactive
  • Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Comfortable in an individual contributor role, with requirements of extensive local and outstation travel
  • Experience with corporate training products/services a plus
