The Whole Life Engineering Directorate (WLED) is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable, and delivered on time. WLED consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers. Our WLED disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation. Our focus area is product support, which includes the following disciplines, reliability, system safety and supportability.

Full Motion Video (FMV)/Imagery Analysts shall have operational and tactical level intelligence experience to include general experience in the fields of targeting, intelligence and geospatial systems, as well as conducting Full Motion Video (FMV) processing, exploitation and dissemination (PED) of products from Aerial Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (A-ISR) assets. Analysts will produce analytical products to build Patterns of Life (PoL) and target descriptions.

Imagery analysts support the PED process for a variety of full motion video (FMV) sensor platforms. The Analyst will produce and disseminate tailored, imagery-based products (e.g. still images, 360 degree analytical products, vehicle/personnel tracking, video clips) in response to mission requirements, and provide these products to the military customer.

U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance as of day one of employment

This position may be a Salary Grade G08 Intelligence Analyst III or G09 Sr Intelligence Analyst based on the candidate's qualifications as they relate to the skills, experience and education requirements for the position.

RequiredSkills, Education, and Experience:

  • US Citizenship
  • Degree or equivalent experience is required per the Persistent Surveillance and Dissemination System of Systems (PSDS2) contract
  • 4+ years of direct, related experience
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • Completed course of instruction to be certified mission ready to support an operational PED crew position (FMV Analyst, Screener, GEO, MSA)
  • Experience with tactical intelligence analysis
  • Experience with A-ISR FMV systems and programs
  • Familiarity with US Army, US Air Force and US Navy manned and unmanned A-ISR systems
  • Must be able to work a shift schedule supporting 24-hour operations, to include holidays and weekends.
  • Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office and Google Earth and video editing software
  • A current U.S. Passport

Desired Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • 6+ years of direct, related experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree with Intelligence or Management concentration.
  • Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Access preferred
  • Dual qualification as FMV analyst, Screener, GEO, or MSA
  • Deployment experience
  • Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Access

Additional Requirements:

  • Must meet medical and physical requirements to be deployed overseas
  • Be willing to travel in country via military air and land transport
  • Possess a current passport with, at minimum, 18 months before expiration and 2 blank pages

This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.

This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. Non-US citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office (DISCO), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. Security clearance factors include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the US, foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations and drug involvement.
